If you need to cancel/reschedule your event, it must be confirmed more than 72 hrs in advance. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hrs of the event your card on file will be charged the full event amount.

Absolutely not! Men benefit from color analysis just as much as women do. My male clients are often relieved to have their colors and style done because they’re able to shop much more efficiently and walk away spending less while looking better.

In order to book your appointment, half of your event fee will be secured at the time of booking as your deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. Time slots book fast and pre-payment ensures that your spot is saved just for you!

Dress comfortably (in layers if necessary)! You will wear a cape (and head scarf if you aren’t rocking your natural hair color) during the session so if you are warm, wear a light layer. Come as you are - without make-up, if possible (we can remove it once you arrive if necessary). Please no strong perfume/fragrances, colored contact lenses, and no fake tanning products. If you have had a spray tan within the past week please wait to come in (recent sun exposure is fine). If you wear glasses, you will be asked to remove them periodically during the analysis, so clear contact lenses may be a better option if you have them.

In order to correctly perform the analysis, any colored or highlighted hair will be covered with a white scarf. We will remove it at the end for photos, though! Part of your color analysis includes recommendations for hair colors that align with your season.

Natural gray hair is just that - natural! No need to cover your hair for the analysis.

Unless your kiddo is receiving their own Color Analysis, I strongly recommend leaving little ones at home. If your older child (10+) is interested in observing they are welcome to join you, but remember this is YOUR time! Relax and enjoy it! The process of discovery is fun and exciting, so if your friend, significant other, aunt, mother or anyone near and dear to you wants to see what it’s all about, I invite them to join you as an observer for Color Analysis. However, Style Analysis is closed door unless the observer has had their own previous Analysis session with us. Also, no audio/video of any kind is allowed in the studio by clients or observers.

This depends on what method was used for your analysis. If you had your colors analyzed using the traditional four-season system (which only recognizes people as either entirely warm/yellow or cool/blue undertone), chances are you will be draped one step further (more clarity!) with the 12-tone system that I use.

Recognizing that 2/3 of people actually have neutral undertones (a mix of cool and warm to different degrees), this scientific system is much more reliable and provable than that of the four-season approach. Similarly, if you have had a virtual/digital color analysis it is unlikely that you have been correctly analyzed. Digital images are unreliable and computer monitor calibration varies widely, especially when it comes to accurate color representation.
